Svara Project has hosted vocal educational events in Brisbane previously and is bringing their next 3-day event this 28-30 September, called Voice Summit: OZ 2026

This conference features the world’s leaders in vocal health, rehabilitation and training. Svara Project is a US-based non-profit that supports artists in their educational, advocacy and community-building endeavours. This event gathers a roster of incredible teachers including:

• Reena Gupta, MD – laryngologist to the world’s top singers, Dr Gupta will talk about how to care for your instrument, help you understand it better and troubleshoot vocal issues. Laryngeal massage, stroboscopy interpretation and so much more
• Mindy Pack – vocal coach to Justin Timberlake, Sabrina Carpenter, Noah Kahan, Laufey, Chappel Roan… the list goes on. As a keynoter, Mindy will help you understand what it takes to perform at the level of these artists. She will host a Masterclass where some lucky attendees will work with her live. 
• Jeremy Mossman – Canadian voice teacher and expert in movement to discuss how the whole body integrates and supports healthy voice
• Jenny Matthews, Speech Pathologist – will present in the Artist Advancement track on Gender Affirming/Transgender Voice Training.

Other topics include performance anxiety, marketing your music in today’s complex AI space, songwriting and much more.

The conference is divided into 2 tracks (curriculum for each linked below)

Voice Foundations Track geared towards singers and early-career coaches, or those who beginning to deepen their knowledge in voice.
Artist Advancement Track takes you deeper on your professional development journey. This would most benefit those with solid foundational knowledge in voice function, especially faculty.
